Box.net Complaint

Watch out for these guys. Once they have your credit card they will continue to use it. The only way to discontinue this service without charge is to cancel your credit card well before the renewal date. With this company it's easy in (free trial, easy sign up, easy access) but you pay to get out. You can try canceling as soon as you see the charge on the credit card statement and they'll still try to stick it to you.

My recommendation don't even start a free trial.

I found it interesting that if you do a google search on "box.net" complaints one of the top hits ia a blog about how box.net sucks. It goes on to state that only 2 in a million claim that box.net sucks and then has a link to a free trial of box.net??? Slippery at best.

Why didn't they research box.net complaints and do the same analysis? My guess - they probably did and didn't like what they saw.
